The geometry of the frame plays together with the exceptional ergonomics of the OC cockpit, also developed in the company's own laboratories. The handlebar helps to relax the shoulders and neck with its special shape. Below the stem, the cables run invisibly into the head tube and further through the frame to the circuit and brakes. The ICR Plus system is a prime example of clean integration. This also includes the preparation for the front mounting of a computer on the stem.

Lightweight monocoque frame with Shimano 105 components

The basis of the Orca is the newly developed OMR carbon frame, which weighs just about 1000 grams. The modern monocoque construction uses the bladder molding process. It ensures that no wrinkles and irregularities occur in the carbon mats and thus always as little raw material as possible is consumed. The rear end, which is set low on the seat tube, provides a vibration-damping effect that helps the rider's muscles tire less quickly. Frame and fork offer freedom for mounting tires up to 32 mm wide. In the M30 version, the Orca comes with the indestructible Shimano 105 group, consisting of 2 x 11 drive and hydraulic disc brakes. In addition, a lightweight Orbea wheelset with sturdy thru axles and a high-quality Fizik Aliante saddle.
