For bike purchase please make an appointment in advance

Dear customers, most of the bikes in our store in Windischeschenbach which are available online are not yet assembled. We therefore ask you not to come by spontaneously during the peak season, but rather to make an appointment in advance. This way we can reserve your desired bike for you and set it up before you come by.

Huge selection, best prices and professional advice

Thanks to our central warehouse with constantly high availability, we offer the entire product range of all RABE Bike brands in our shop. You will be advised on the right frame size by our specialist staff, all of whom are active bike riders themselves. To familiarise yourself with the geometries and frame sizes, you can test ride the bike of your choice in various frame sizes on our spacious premises away from traffic. If an available bike is not assembled in our shop, but is still packed in a box in the warehouse, you can reserve your desired bike without obligation with one working day’s notice. The bike will be ready for a test ride the next day.)

Workshop service

We always keep appointments free in the workshop for mail-order customers and customers who have to travel further. Once you have made an appointment, you can bring the bike you bought from us in for servicing. Afterwards, you can simply go for a stroll in the beautiful old town of Weiden and after a few hours we will contact you as soon as your bike is ready for collection again. This means you only have to come to us once.
