Cannondale SuperSix EVO 6
With the fourth generation, Cannondale's developers have focused primarily on improving the aerodynamics of the SuperSix EVO. The data speaks for itself: Compared to the previous model, you can save up to another 12 watts of pedaling power at high speeds. The faster you ride, the more you benefit from the aero advantage. Cannondale thus achieves absolute professional level even in the entry-level range. At the same time, Cannondale has also placed great emphasis on ride comfort. Thanks to the sporty-comfortable geometry you can sit long and fatigue-free in the saddle. The range of use extends from training to marathon to racing.
In the Carbon 6 version, the SuperSix EVO comes with the equally indestructible as budget-friendly Shimano 105 component group. The range of transmission would recently be expanded to 2 x 12 gears, so that the circuit in terms of performance is on par with the top groups Ultegra and Dura Ace. In addition to the drive, the hydraulic 105 disc brakes impress with unsurpassed function and ease of service. Lightweight DT Swiss 470 wheels and an Aero Carbon seatpost complete this top racer.
Cannondale frame construction - carbon in its most beautiful form
No other material than carbon is better suited for building aero frames. Thanks to sophisticated manufacturing techniques, the carbon fiber mats can be shaped into almost any form. In the SuperSix EVO series, the U.S. manufacturer shows off all its know-how. Because building flat tubular profiles that are also lightweight is a real challenge. Rarely have you seen more beautiful details, such as the organically flowing transition from the seat tube to the seat stays. Here Cannondale also makes use of the self-damping of carbon. Because the low-set rear triangle can absorb vibrations, so that they arrive weakened at the driver or the driver. This allows you to simply sit longer in the saddle. The Alpine passes can come!
