Trek - Aluminum frame construction with tradition

The US company Trek is one of the pioneers in the production of aluminum frames since the eighties. You can therefore rely on a huge know-how. This can be seen in every detail of the Domane frame, for example the cleanly smoothed welds. Trek manufactures specific tube profiles from the 100 Series Alpha aluminum using a process known as hydroforming. This shape ensures an optimal ratio between stiffness and weight.
