The SHIMANO ULTEGRA SM-MT800 brake discs provide constantly high braking power in all conditions thanks to the ICE TECHNOLOGIES FREEZA construction. With their improved heat management, the SM-MT800 brake discs decisively reduce brake fade on long downhill rides and significantly reduce noise during braking. SHIMANO's CENTERLOCK mounting system with toothed profile and lock washer significantly facilitates the installation and removal of brake discs. The combination of a steel rotor and an aluminium adapter reduces the weight. The SM-MT800 disc is compatible with both organic resin pads and metallic sintered pads. The holes in the disc reduce the contact area and the air baffles improve the cooling properties of the disc.
