The Schwalbe Green Marathon combines excellent puncture protection with reliable performance for everyday use and touring. The GreenGuard puncture protection belt beneath the tread is made from a specialised, highly elastic rubber approximately 3 mm thick and provides reliable protection against punctures.
The tyre is made from 80 per cent recycled and renewable materials. These include, amongst other things, recycled industrial carbon black from used bicycle tyres. Schwalbe uses Fair Rubber for the natural rubber in the tyre. The modern, sporty tread pattern makes the Green Marathon a versatile tyre for trekking, city and e-bikes.
