The brand new Santa Cruz Bullit sets no limits. 170 millimetres of suspension travel make it one of the most powerful E-Enduros. With the support of the Shimano EP8 drivetrain, you can reach the longest and most demanding trails. The full carbon frame and top equipment make the deal perfect.

The wait was worth it! After Santa Cruz entered the e-bike market last year with the Heckler trail bike, the Californians are now following up with their first e-enduro. And on a grand scale! The Bullit comes with a full carbon frame and a 170 mm chassis that is easy to swallow. Built for demanding trails with roots, jumps and steep descents. As with the Heckler, Santa Cruz uses a mixed wheel size concept: Front with 29 inches for maximum rolling comfort and traction. Rear with 27.5 inches for better acceleration and agile handling. For its downhill-oriented range of use, however, the Bullit has a more aggressive geometry than the Heckler. Note, for example, the flat steering angle of 63.5 degrees, which ensures stability at high speeds. Nevertheless, good climbing characteristics were also taken into account during development. After all, that's what an enduro with electric drive is predestined for: So you can do without shuttles and cable cars.
The eagerly awaited new EP8 motor from Shimano creates the conditions for such a light and powerful e-fully as the Santa Cruz Bullit. The EP8 unit has lost around 300 grams in weight and 10 percent in volume compared to the previous flagship E8000! In addition, the drive now delivers a whopping 85 Nm of torque to the chain. A look at the total weight leaves us almost in disbelief: around 22 kilos is record-breaking for an E-Enduro in this class. The drive system can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth and offers countless customisation options with the help of two apps. For example, the various support modes can be fine-tuned. In contrast to the Heckler, a larger battery supplies the Bullit with energy. 630 watt hours should also be enough for long tours and the odd extra metre of altitude.
