Orbea Wild LT M10 – The Wild with a DJI Avinox motor in its high-end version
With the launch of the 2027 Wild series, Orbea is opening a new chapter. Equipped with the extremely powerful DJI Avinox motor, this e-enduro is a logical evolution of what has already worked so well. On the Wild, a suspension system developed for downhill riding meets a dynamic drive system that takes you to your favourite trails with impressive endurance. Thanks to the 800 Wh battery, you won’t have to push yourself to the point of complete exhaustion. The powerful 170-millimetre suspension can fully demonstrate its capabilities on the trail and on descents. What’s more, you can adjust the geometry to suit your preferences using a flip chip on the lower shock mount. The frame’s low standover height provides freedom of movement, ensuring you always stay in control. And despite all its technical refinements, the Wild weighs just over 20 kilos. There are two series: the M models with carbon frames and the more affordable H models with aluminium frames. The Wild is also available with a mullet wheel setup (29/27.5-inch), which makes the ride more playful.
The LT M10 version of the Wild leaves nothing to be desired. Starting with the Fox Float Factory suspension, which reacts extremely sensitively to the terrain thanks to its Kashima-coated suspension components. Right through to the full Shimano XT groupset, comprising a 12-speed drivetrain and the easy-to-maintain 4-piston disc brakes. When you’re out and about with this mix of components, you simply don’t need to worry about performance anymore. High-quality DT Swiss wheels, fitted with grippy Maxxis tyres, keep you on track in any situation. Reliable OC components, developed in the Orbea laboratories, round off this high-end enduro bike.
OMR carbon frame with DJI Avinox motor – you can’t get any more power than this!
The abbreviation OMR stands for Orbea Monocoque Race, clearly signifying this machine’s ambitions. High-strength carbon fibres are used, bringing the Wild’s weight down to just under the 20-kilo mark. That’s an outstanding figure for an e-enduro in this class. For the drive system, Orbea has now opted for the DJI Avinox M2S, the most powerful production motor in the e-bike sector with up to 150 Nm of torque. Furthermore, Orbea is the first manufacturer to have been permitted to develop its own firmware for the motor. The RS tuning does not focus on brute peak power, but ensures that the motor responds more smoothly to the first pedal stroke and delivers more powerful acceleration at low revs. A real advantage on technically demanding climbs.
