Orbea Rise LT H10 - The new aluminium long travel version: more enduro, more trail

The new generation of the Orbea Rise is the perfect example of how to make good things even better. In short, there are updates in every nook and cranny. Basically, you can now choose between two Rise series: The SL largely corresponds to the familiar suspension with 140 millimetres of travel at the front and rear (all-round use). The LT series (Long Travel) has been added with 10 or 20 millimetres more travel, i.e. 150 millimetres at the rear and 160 millimetres at the fork (enduro use). You can also choose the battery power: each Rise model is available with either 420 or 630 watt hours and as either an aluminium or carbon version. If this endurance is still not enough for you, you can dock a range extender battery with a further 210 watt hours instead of the water bottle. Although the aluminium frame increases the weight of the bike somewhat, it is in no way inferior in terms of build quality and durability. News also applies to the drive: the tried-and-tested Shimano EP801 motor is no longer necessarily throttled to 54 Nm, but can develop its full torque of 85 Nm on request. These options make the Rise even more versatile and powerful.

The new long-travel version expands the range of use of the Rise immensely. Thanks to the long-travel suspension, combined with the Fox 36 Float Performance fork (160 mm) and Float Performance shock (150 mm), the Rise LT H10 rides at true enduro level. In this version, a long-lasting 630 Wh battery ensures that you can even reach remote trails in the high mountains. Plus high-quality basic equipment with Shimano XT components: The 1 x 12 rear derailleur and the low-maintenance hydraulic 4-piston Shimano Deore disc brakes can be found right up to the professional range. Standard OC Mountain Control wheels and a telescopic seatpost complete the setup.

Shimano EP801RS - maximum efficiency meets natural power The Shimano EP801RS is one of the most powerful and at the same time most natural e-bike drives on the market. In collaboration with the Spanish premium manufacturer Orbea, the motor has been further optimised with the specially developed RS Gen 2 firmware. The result: a particularly sensitive response behaviour that harmoniously and efficiently supports your own pedalling power - ideal for sporty riders.

Two specially tuned support profiles get the best out of the EP801RS depending on the intended use:

• RS mode (profile 1): Offers dynamic but harmonious support at an optimum cadence and provides up to 56 Nm of torque - perfect for long tours with plenty of power and a long range.
• RS+ mode (Profile 2): Developed for steep, technical climbs and low cadences. With a maximum torque of 85 Nm, the EP801RS transforms the bike into a true climbing wonder.

Both profiles can be conveniently configured via the Shimano eTube app - for a riding experience that can be customised to your needs at any time.
