Orbea Laufey H10 - Lively trail hardtail with the mission of riding fun

The Laufey hardtails from Orbea offer uncomplicated trail fun and are suitable for a wide range of requirements, from jumptrails to serious cross-country training.  The frame is robust and can take a beating, while the combination of a flat frame, comfortable 29-inch wheels and a 140-millimetre suspension fork ensures playful handling. The standover height is extremely low thanks to Orbea's Steep and Deep concept. If you want to take on challenging trails again, you can fit tyres with a width of up to 2.6 inches. The Lockr storage compartment in the down tube is more than just a gimmick. Underneath the bottle cage, you can conveniently stow a mini-tool, a spare tube and other small items so that you always have everything you need with you.

The H10 version of the Laufey is equipped with reliable Shimano equipment and a responsive Marzocchi Bomber Z2 suspension fork. The wide-range SLX drivetrain with 1 x 12 gears ensures excellent performance in its price class. The powerful Shimano Deore disc brakes, which are also among the most maintenance-friendly brakes on the market, should also be emphasised. The wide Maxxis Dissector tyres guarantee sufficient grip off-road. In addition, the high-quality and customised OC components from our own production are a special feature, including the exclusive telescopic seat post. This makes the Laufey H10 the perfect trail bike.

Aluminium frame with damping

As usual, the model name of the Orbea models with H in the name indicates that they are made of aluminium.  Modern hydroforming technology makes it possible to mould the material into an organic design that follows the force curve. The Powerspine frame structure takes into account the motto: stronger is not always better. The down tube, bottom bracket and chainstay line ensures precise handling, while the upper frame line can flex to a certain extent. This allows vibrations to be virtually absorbed. Orbea has optimised the cross-section of each individual frame tube to achieve this goal.
