This saves weight and is quite simply carefree. The entry-level model of the series comes with top Shimano parts such as 10-speed Deore gears and MT400 hydraulic disc brakes. When the going gets rough, a standard guide keeps the chain in check on the crank. Cranks, rims, handlebars and RaceFace stem are made of lightweight aluminium. A splash guard is fitted to the fork as standard.
