Focus Thron 8 EQP - comfort and safety on long, mountainous tours

The Focus Thron 8 EQP was specially developed for long E-MTB tours in demanding terrain. The suspension with the specific Thron Tune ensures that bumps are reliably absorbed, while the long chainstays provide optimum traction on climbs. This means you always have full control and power transfer, even on steep climbs.

For maximum safety, the bike is equipped with the Bosch anti-lock braking system (ABS). This prevents the front wheel from slipping and reduces the risk of falling over the handlebars. The Magura ABS is supported by powerful 4-piston disc brakes with 203 mm brake discs, which provide reliable deceleration even on difficult surfaces.

The ‘EQP’ in the model name stands for ‘equipped’ - and that's exactly what this bike is: with robust metal mudguards, a sturdy stand, bright lighting system with high beam function and a rear light integrated into the mudguard, the Thron² EQP is ready for everyday life and adventure.
