Plus a 750 watt-hour capacity battery that tirelessly helps you reach the best trails on the mountain. All drive components up to the Kiox 300 display are networked via the smart system from Bosch and can be controlled with your smartphone if desired. For the 2023 season, Focus has redesigned the frame and shortened the seat tube, giving you more freedom when choosing your bike size. The insertion depth of the seatpost has even been increased. So choose a longer frame for more smoothness or a shorter one for more agility. The highlight of the Sam² 6.9 is the high-quality Fox suspension with Factory Tuning. Thanks to Kashima coating on the standpipes, the suspension fork works outstandingly sensitive. And also in terms of adjustment options, the Fox elements set standards. In the components you can rely entirely on the quality of the Shimano Deore XT group: The 1 x 12 shifting changes the gears as precisely as no other. Aluminum frame with revised Focus F.O.L.D kinematics

In the Sam² series Focus relies on durable and indestructible aluminum. Thanks to the hydroforming process organically running tube cross-sections are feasible, which provide an optimal ratio of weight and stability. To protect against stone chipping, a protector is applied to the down tube in front of the engine block. The F.O.L.D. kinematics developed by Focus ensures that the rear suspension works sensitively over the most used range and only hardens when the suspension is strongly compressed. This protects the frame from damage. The effect: The F.O.L.D. suspension glides sensitively over root trails and gravel roads, but still offers sufficient reserves at large obstacles. In the course of the updates, the number of moving parts in the F.O.L.D. system could be reduced and thus weight saved.
