In keeping with its DNA as the leading brand for protector backpacks, EVOC has created a whole new level of protection with the highest possible wearing comfort and fused it into a revolutionary, ultra-light protector backpack. The back protector is removable if required and can be replaced after damage from a fall in EVOC's Free Protector Crash Replacement programme. In addition to its special protective function, the Trail Pro 16 also offers other features: Among other things, this backpack has a practical compartment for your hydration bladder (extra accessory) and a matching opening for the drinking tube on the top of the backpack. On the left and right of the hip belt, there is space for small accessories such as a multitool or your house key. There is a tool pocket on the back of the backpack. Despite its protector, this backpack weighs only 1000g (S/M) or 1100g (L/XL) depending on the size, making it one of the lightest backpacks on the market. The EVOC LITESHIELD PLUS back protector is extremely lightweight, flexible and offers outstanding impact protection. The two-component construction made of expanded polypropylene and TPU carrier layer ensures optimum protection of the spine. The segmented design allows flexibility and optimal ventilation, while the protector material repels moisture and dirt. Residual force value of under 9 kN for high impact energy absorption of 95%.

Free Protector Crash Replacement

EVOC offers a FREE PROTECTOR CRASH REPLACEMENT for all EVOC back protectors as a special customer service. Similar to helmets, our back protectors protect vital areas of the body as part of personal protective equipment. After a serious fall, precautionary replacement of the protector is strongly recommended.

Airo Flex

Airo Flex is an extremely strong fabric that is as air-permeable as it is flexible. It is used in EVOC's highest quality hip belts and ensures optimum load transfer to the hips with maximum ventilation at the same time - for maximum wearing comfort.

Body Hugging

The main features of EVOC's "Body Hugging" fit are the positioning of the pack as close to the body as possible, and the distribution of the weight over a large area on the hips. Thanks to the optimised connection between the shoulder straps and the wide hip fins that "grow out" of the back panel, the backpack remains reliably in position during any action and as stable as possible - for more comfort and control.
