In keeping with its DNA as the leading brand for protector backpacks, EVOC has created a whole new level of protection with the highest possible wearing comfort and fused it into a revolutionary, ultra-light protector backpack. The back protector is removable if required and can be replaced after damage from a fall in EVOC's Free Protector Crash Replacement programme. In addition to its special protective function, the Trail Pro 16 also offers other features: Among other things, this backpack has a practical compartment for your hydration bladder (extra accessory) and a matching opening for the drinking tube on the top of the backpack. On the left and right of the hip belt, there is space for small accessories such as a multitool or your house key. There is a tool pocket on the back of the backpack. Despite its protector, this backpack weighs only 1070g (S/M) or 1170g (L/XL) depending on the size, making it one of the lightest backpacks on the market. The LITESHIELD PLUS BACK PROTECTOR is a new type of extremely lightweight and flexible back protector that offers outstanding impact protection performance. It consists of a two-component sandwich construction of expanded polypropylene and TPU backing layer, bonded without adhesives or solvents. The segmented back plate provides optimal air circulation and flexibility in all directions. The protector perfectly adapts to every movement and provides maximum comfort. The closed-pored surface of the protector material EPP prevents the penetration of moisture and dirt. Similar to helmets, our back protectors protect vital areas of the body as part of personal protective equipment. After a serious fall, precautionary protector replacement is highly recommended.

Airo Flex refers to an extremely strong fabric that is as permeable to air as it is flexible. It is used in EVOC's highest quality hip belts and ensures optimal load transfer to the hips while providing maximum ventilation - for maximum comfort.

Body Hugging

The main features of EVOC's "Body Hugging" fit are positioning the pack as close to the body as possible, and distributing the weight over a large area on the hips.
