CUBE Aerium C:68X SLX

The Aerium C:68X SLX is closely based on triathlete Lucy Charles-Barclay's World Championship-winning bike – so you know it's fast. Configurable hydration and storage options sit behind aero hatches, adding the ability to run up to two hydration systems. We fitted a Newmen Streem Aero/Sprint TT 60/80 Vonoa wheelset shod with Continental Grand Prix 5000 TT tyres for rapid acceleration, superior aero performance and safe cornering grip. The CUBE C:68X® cockpit system puts the rider in the optimal position, with a huge range of adjustment for the aero bars – and we included a Hammerhead Karoo 3 head unit, too. A Sram Force AXS 2x12 drivetrain with built-in power meter ensures the right gear is always right there, while matching SRAM Force AXS hydraulic disc brakes ensure you're in full control, all the time. And absolutely all of it is crafted from our premium C:68X® carbon. We sweated the detail, so your sweat can be translated into pure speed.

Frame details

Developed in close collaboration with CUBE athlete and World Champion Lucy Charles-Barclay, the Aerium C:68X can rightly claim its title as the fastest frame we've ever made. Every detail, from the aero fork design, disc brake integration and in-frame hydration and storage systems, has been designed with zero compromise, tested in the wind tunnel and then tested again under pressure, in race conditions. That's why, for example, we fitted a high-rise bar for the medium and large sizes – because seemingly small touches make a difference. Lucy has full confidence in the frame and its configurable storage and hydration, and now you can, too.
