World Champion Lucy Charles-Barclay had a lot of input into the development of the Aerium C:68X SLT. Partly as a result of this, the frame's premium C:68X® carbon construction incorporates flexible and adaptable hydration and storage options, including the ability to add up to two hydration systems for longer races. The CUBE cockpit puts everything you need at your fingertips, thanks to a wide range of adjustment. A Newmen Streem Aero 80/80 Vonoa wheelset – shod with Continental's Grand Prix 5000 TT tyres – is the perfect aero match for our wind tunnel-tested frame, giving you extra watts to translate into faster forward progress. And Shimano's inimitable Dura-Ace Di2 groupset – with 2x12 gearing, 4iiii power meter and hydraulic disc brakes – delivers precise shifts and controlled braking at race pace. Should you wish to revert to 1x gearing without a front derailleur, there's even a cover for the mounting area to preserve the frame's aero performance.

Developed in close collaboration with CUBE athlete and World Champion Lucy Charles-Barclay, the Aerium C:68X can rightly claim its title as the fastest frame we've ever made. Every detail, from the aero fork design, disc brake integration and in-frame hydration and storage systems, has been designed with zero compromise, tested in the wind tunnel and then tested again under pressure, in race conditions. That's why, for example, we fitted a high-rise bar for the medium and large sizes – because seemingly small touches make a difference.
