Cannondale has implemented this idea perfectly in the Moterra. The powerful Bosch Performance CX drive offers the best conditions to expand the limits of the application areas. In addition, a state-of-the-art carbon frame with sporty-comfortable geometry and a potent 150-millimeter chassis. The new Bosch InTube battery provides a capacity of 750 watt hours for endless long touring days. An elegant Kiox color display provides information about power reserves and riding data. Another look at the details shows that Cannondale has thought the Allround application area to the end: The frame is prepared for mounting luggage racks, mudguards and a kickstand.

Superior handling thanks to proportional response design

The US manufacturer Cannondale has made a name for itself in the mountain bike scene over decades with its own technologies. The latest innovation from the labs is the Proportional-Response Design. Geometry and kinematics are individually adapted for each frame size, so that each driver / in the best possible fit on the bike. And enjoys the optimal riding characteristics. Another adjustment is made via the wheel size: while three of the four frame sizes (M, L, XL) roll on 29-inch wheels, size S comes with 27.5-inch wheels. In the Carbon 2 version, the Moterra is equipped with Shimano XT 12-speed gears, service-friendly Shimano disc brakes and a Cannondale DownLow Dropper telescopic seatpost. Also available from the factory are WTB/Formula wheels with grippy Maxxis tires, prepared for tubeless operation.
