All Mountain Fully with E-Power and Enduro genes. The Moterra enters its fourth season with the Neo 2021. A lot has happened since Cannondale first brought this All Mountain E-MTB into the shops. The former Moterra LT, which has not only found friends with its angular design, has become one of the most modern e-mountainbikes of today. With an extraordinarily resilient carbon frame, sporty and comfortable geometry and a powerful 160 millimetre chassis. Because even in the all-mountain class, touring riders are increasingly demanding more suspension travel. The powerful and compact Bosch Performance CX drive makes it possible that you no longer have to watch every gram. In combination with the 29-inch wheels (only frame size S comes in 27.5 inch) you can master even the most demanding trails in the high mountains with a grin on your face. The Moterra Neo greets trails, speed and alpine crossings. The enduring 625 watt hour battery lasts longer than ever before. In the Neo Carbon 2 version the Moterra is equipped with Sram GX Eagle 1x12 gears, Magura MT5 disc brakes and a DownLow Dropper telescopic seatpost.

BallisTec Carbon frames set standards

The US manufacturer Cannondale is one of the pioneers in the mountain bike scene with its own technologies. Currently, BallisTec Carbon, which originates from the military sector, is causing a sensation. The frames made from it are characterised by durability and resistance. After all, an E-MTB frame not only has to bear the additional weight of the motor and battery, but also has to be able to withstand particularly high driving forces from the motor. The new Si motor interface is a prime example of organic shapes and flowing transitions. From below, a stable aluminum plate protects the motor from stone contact. The Cannondale Moterra Neo Carbon 2 has the kinematics specially specified for each frame size, so that every rider can enjoy the optimum riding characteristics. Another Cannondale development is the Asymmetric Integration System (Ai): The rear triangle is offset by 6 millimeters towards the drive side. This provides more tire clearance, better climbing ability and a more stable rear wheel.
