Despite the increased helmet surface, the uvex engineers have minimised the weight to a light 350 grams and also refined a sophisticated ventilation management system. Because in hot conditions such as on the Mediterranean trails in Finale Ligure, a cool head is not only pleasant but also a decisive factor for concentration and performance. That's why the uvex finale comes with twenty ventilation openings, which, in conjunction with the 20 ventilation channels running inside, ensure ideal air circulation. The perfect fit on the head can be precisely adjusted using the uvex anatomic IAS system. This is because a perfect fit prevents slipping on fast downhills and is an important safety factor in the event of an unintentional descent on the trail.
