SRAM takes X-Range to a new level. Now also available for Rival: the first-class transmission technology, with close spacing between the chainrings and a cassette with a wide gear range that starts with a 10t sprocket. This also includes new cassettes that enable smooth, precise shifting in areas ranging from road to gravel and everything in between.
Full Pin
FULL PIN™ technology uses eleven lightweight sprockets made of pressed steel, which are held together securely with 123 pins made of high-strength steel. The result is an extremely lightweight and durable cassette that is perfect for any ride with an ultra-wide gear ratio. Similar to our X-DOME™ cassette, the open design keeps mud and dirt out while ensuring clean shifting and long component life.
XDR
The XDR drivetrain body is a universal mounting system for cassettes with sprockets with less than 11 teeth. It enables lighter and more versatile drivetrains without the need for new rear axle standards, cassette tools or hub redesigns. The XDR interface is 1.85 mm longer than the XD interface and was developed for applications with road bike hubs. XDR drivetrains are compatible with all XD cassettes when the cassette is mounted with a 1.85 mm spacer.
X-Range
Road bikes are faster and more powerful than ever before, and the possibilities of road bikes with drop bars are increasing. X-Range is the drivetrain for today's road cycling. SRAM has completely redesigned the road drivetrain to provide a wider range, a more useful and smoother gear gradation and smarter shifting settings - made possible by AXS. Thanks to X-Range, you're always in the right gear.
