The Santa Cruz Nomad is a race-ready enduro that rolls on 27.5 inch wheels. From the 2019 season onwards, the geometry has been trimmed a little more towards freeride and downhill with a longer seat position and flatter angles. A full 170 millimetres of suspension travel is also available. Nevertheless, the Nomad still has acceptable climbing abilities and all-round characteristics. This is ensured, among other things, by the double-bearing VPP rear triangle, which effectively eliminates annoying rocking.
If there is a C in the model name, then it is a model with carbon frame. At Santa Cruz two different versions are built: A single C designates the standard variant of the frame. Typical for Santa Cruz, this frame meets the highest quality standards. The CC model uses an even lighter carbon fibre, which is also processed more elaborately. The result: a further 250 to 280 grams of weight saving.
