This makes the High Visibility bags a highly effective safety measure in the dark or at dusk. The Back-Roller High-Vis with the Quick-Lock2.1 system offers maximum safety. The neon yellow and black fabric with reflective yarn attracts attention at dawn, dusk or in bad weather. With the shoulder strap, which can be easily detached during the ride, you can carry your pannier comfortably to your accommodation in the evening.
