What is the recall about?
CUBE is currently recalling certain hybrid e-bikes from the 2025 model year because crank arms on some models may come loose.
But: All e-bikes available and shipped by us are thoroughly inspected – including checks for exactly this issue.
What we do for you:
- Every bike is carefully inspected by our workshop before delivery or pickup
- If needed, affected parts are replaced in advance
- You’ll receive a safe bike that you can ride with complete peace of mind
