First up the mountain, then down again, whether in the race or "just" for fun - the essence of MTB sport today is called All-mountain. The rider must be able to fully rely on his equipment. And the Crossmax XL Pro Ltd WTS creates this perfect connection between bike and trail, no matter how steep or technical it is.

This wheel has been designed for stability and riding dynamics - 23 mm jaw width (27 mm outer width) makes the rims even more robust, while ISM weight tuning (Inter Spoke Milling) reduces weight and inertia. This wheel is more playful and agile, saving energy uphill like braking. 24 light aluminium spokes (Zicral) front and rear guarantee high stiffness and strength at the same time. Because the rear wheel has to transmit the entire pedal force to the ground, the Isopulse spoke system (with radial spokes on the right) is used here.

Because different characteristics are required at the front and rear, different tyres are also needed to achieve top performance in Enduro use. In the front, the Crossmax Charge XL impresses with its aggressive tread pattern with large, high studs, excellent self-cleaning in mud and a soft rubber compound (SCC - Super Contact Compound) for unbeatable grip. And at the rear, the Crossmax Quest XL transforms every pedal stroke into propulsion and speed. Its narrower tread pattern with more studs and a new Dual Compound compound (X-mix) rolls quickly for good traction and cornering control. Both tires feature a dual ply carcass (Guard 2) for maximum durability and competitive weight.

To take full advantage of the tubeless advantages (UST wheel, UST tubeless ready tyres), the Crossmax XL Pro Ltd comes with 2 bottles of sealing fluid and all necessary accessories, compatible with 15x100 mm (front) and 12x142 mm (rear) thru axles ex factory, with either HG or XD freewheel body and exclusively in 27.5".
