The extra-thick brake pads with 94% more volume and the thicker brake discs double the time until the next service. The larger air gap between pad and brake disc makes servicing in your workshop much easier.

Maximum control meets uncompromising power

The enlarged pistons (12 mm in the lever, 19 mm in the calliper) offer significantly increased braking force while simultaneously improving sensitivity. In combination with the 2.5 mm thick brake discs, the GUSTAV PRO guarantees maximum stability - even under continuous load in alpine terrain or on heavy e-bikes. Thanks to the optimised pressure level, less power is lost due to cable expansion. The result: a clearly defined, pressure-stable pressure point that allows precise control at all times. The GUSTAV PRO is optimised for use with Bosch ABS applications like no other brake.

Innovations that impress in detail

The Easy Link technology allows the cable to be connected to the brake lever without tools and also makes shortening much easier. Pre-filled, closed components enable replacement without bleeding - a real game changer in practice. The newly developed composite production allows a highly compact, lightweight design with invisible integration such as EASY LINK and Shiftmix clamp. Thanks to the double oil volume in the expansion tank, the GUSTAV PRO rarely needs to be bled, with the new bleed valve ensuring simple and clean bleeding.

The Gustav Pro not only stands for function, but also for form. The 0° cable outlet integrates perfectly into modern handlebar layouts, while the minimalist design with lightweight, robust materials such as Carbotecture and forged aluminium is a real highlight on the cockpit. At the same time, the design reduces the overall weight - despite the massive power reserves.
