Bosch SX – compact, dynamic and natural

Electric assistance is provided by the Bosch Performance Line SX Smart System motor with 60 Nm of torque. The compact drive delivers dynamic yet smooth assistance and perfectly complements the comfortable character of the Image L Season. The result is a natural riding feel with plenty of support for urban traffic and more demanding climbs. Energy is supplied by the fully integrated Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh battery. Rather than focusing on maximum battery capacity, the system prioritises a balanced and agile overall design – ideal for everyday riding, commuting and spontaneous tours. The Bosch LED Remote provides intuitive control of the Smart System directly from the handlebar.

Shimano Nexus 8-speed hub gears

The Image L Season is equipped with Shimano Nexus 8-speed hub gears. The enclosed design is ideally suited to everyday use and provides uncomplicated shifting. Eight gears offer plenty of versatility for relaxed urban riding as well as comfortably tackling climbs. Hydraulic Tektro disc brakes with 160 mm rotors at the front and rear provide reliable and easily controlled stopping performance for everyday riding.

Comfort on rough roads

The Image L Season remains comfortable even on cobblestones and uneven roads. The SR Suntour Mobie A32 suspension fork offers 75 mm of travel to reduce unwanted impacts and vibrations. Wide 29-inch Schwalbe Big Apple tyres further enhance riding comfort while providing a confident feel on the road. The Comfort Riser handlebar, ergonomic grips and adjustable stem provide a pleasantly upright riding position with a clear view of surrounding traffic.

Fully equipped for everyday use

The Image L Season comes with everything needed for everyday riding and commuting. The MIK HD system carrier has a load capacity of up to 27 kg and provides plenty of space for panniers, shopping or additional luggage. Mudguards, an adjustable rear kickstand and LED lighting with a Herrmans MR5 front light and H-Trace rear light complete the comprehensive equipment.
