Anything but boring! The L in the model name of the Image Advance stands for Lite. With this series, Kalkhoff is introducing lightweight construction to its city e-bikes. A clever move, because hardly anyone needs powerful motors and endless ranges in urban areas. An e-bike that is easy to maneuver and provides support when you really need it is more useful and, above all, more fun. Are you standing in front of a staircase in the city? No problem, lift the Image L Advanced to the top. And then it's back in the saddle. All this is possible thanks to the Bosch Performance SX drive, which consists of an extremely compact and lightweight motor-battery ensemble. And yet it still has enough power and endurance to support you. After all, with a range of up to 80 kilometers!

The Image L Advance also comes with a quiet and low-maintenance belt drive that operates a Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub on the rear wheel. It is also easy to service and can be shifted when stationary - ideal for city traffic. Shimano's MT200 disc brakes belong to the carefree category and bring the e-bike to a safe stop at all times. Naturally, high-quality everyday equipment is fitted, from kickstand to lights. The front basket installed on the head tube is more than just a gimmick. Ideal for carrying small items "as you ride past". The rear luggage rack has lowered side struts for panniers. This lowers the center of gravity and ensures stable handling even when loaded. Not forgetting the adjustable stem to optimally adjust the riding position.

All drive components are networked as part of the smart Bosch system. You can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth and use the eBike Flow app to exploit all the system's possibilities: individual adjustment of the motor power, theft protection, navigation and automatic firmware updates.
