Shimano tools are specially designed to fit perfectly with Shimano components. The tooth profiles of the keys correspond exactly to those of the components and even take into account the tolerances. The latest silver- and black-colored tools (TL-HS33//34/35/37/38/40, TL-FC 32/36) are cut with laser technology to achieve an especially smooth surface and minimize the risk of damage to the workpiece.
