Performance Line CX Race Limited Edition

Specially designed for eMTB racing, Race mode is exclusive to the Performance Line CX Race. This riding mode helps you accelerate faster and reach top speeds thanks to its powerful support, saving you valuable seconds as you strive for personal bests. Already popular in eMTB mode, Extended Boost is also available in Race mode – this time with even more of a kick. It helps you to easily negotiate large rocks and complex tree roots. Managing Race mode's energetic responsiveness and power demands a precise riding technique. The mode was developed based on the expertise of successful eBike athletes.

With a maximum torque of up to 85 Nm, the Performance Line CX Race delivers rapid acceleration – from a standing start, across challenging stretches and obstacles, and through tight corners and hairpin bends. Pedal power is instantly converted into traction. Even at high cadences of more than 120 rpm, the high-performance motor provides powerful support. You can go all out, tackling long distances and fast sprints – the ideal conditions for personal bests on challenging routes. The Performance Line CX Race weighs a meagre 2.75 kg. With the weight of your eBike at a minimum, you have more control up and downhill, more fun doing jumps, and an easier time carrying or pushing the bike. The sleek and sporty frame makes for optimal handling and an agile ride. The smart walk assistance Hill Hold function prevents your eBike from rolling backwards on extreme slopes and unrideable sections.  On difficult and strenuous ascents, pushing your eMTB becomes so much easier – and your progress a whole lot faster. On particularly tight and steep bends, you can use hill hold in a more targeted way to control the movement of the eMTB, for example.
