The Proframe RS Aura helmet takes the lightweight breathability of the Proframe and elevates it to the next level in terms of safety and performance. It features the brand new Mips® Integra Split protection system, which combines dual-density foam – for high and low-speed impacts – and a low friction layer between the two layers to reduce rotational forces in the event of an impact that would otherwise affect the brain. This professional-grade helmet's BOA® Fit System allows for fine adjustment for a precise fit.

MIPS – what is it?

MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is an advanced helmet technology that plays a crucial role in protecting against oblique impact injuries. An additional sliding shell in the helmet reduces the rotational force acting on the head and brain. This minimises the risk of head injuries, especially during sporting activities such as cycling, where oblique impact falls are particularly common. MIPS helmets offer improved protection and increase the safety of the helmet wearer.
