The Focus Thron² 6.8 EQP ABS combines comfortable touring and everyday geometry with extensive equipment that protects and supports you on all routes. With 130 mm of suspension travel, adapted to a wide range of terrain, it offers riding comfort and control on long tours or commuting. The robust aluminium frame supports the wide range of equipment without compromising on handling or weight.

Maximum safety is ensured by the Bosch anti-lock braking system (ABS) in combination with powerful 4-piston disc brakes and large 203 mm brake discs. This allows you to maintain control at all times, even on wet or loose surfaces. Integrated theft protection with mounts for Apple AirTag or Chipolo and the Bosch ConnectModule complement the security features with smart tracking options.

The Thron² 6.8 EQP ABS is powered by the proven 5th generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 85 Nm torque. The large 800 Wh battery offers you a long range, which can be extended to up to 1050 Wh if required thanks to the PowerMore Range Extender. You can easily charge your devices on the go via the USB-C port on the top tube.

The ‘EQP’ stands for ‘equipped’ and this is reflected in the full equipment: sturdy metal mudguards with integrated rear light, a robust, quiet stand and a powerful lighting system with high beam function make the Thron² 6.8 EQP ABS the ideal companion for everyday use and adventure.

Bosch update July 2025: Are you ready for more power?

From July 2025, you can increase the torque of the Gen 5 Bosch motors (BDU38) to up to 100 Nm using the Flow app. Your advantage: noticeably more thrust and up to 400% motor support. You can use the eBike Flow app to customise the riding modes and adapt the performance precisely to your riding style.

Weighing just 2.8 kg, the motor noticeably improves the handling of your e-bike, which really pays off on long tours and technical sections. It also runs more quietly, making for a more pleasant riding experience. Features such as Extended Boost and the revised push assist give you maximum control off-road.
