The Focus Jam is a high-performance full-suspension mountain bike that offers well thought-out equipment with an optimised position of the shock and tidy cable routing. The Focus Jam 6.9 is not only focussed on performance, but also combines high-quality Shimano and Fox components. Both the FOX 36 Float Performance suspension fork and the FOX Float DPS Performance shock can be individually adjusted so that they can be optimally adapted to personal requirements. This means that nothing stands in the way of a dynamic riding experience! Reliable deceleration is also provided by the powerful Shimano XT 4-piston brakes, which offer first-class braking performance without compromise. The bike also features a high-quality Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain so that you can tackle challenging climbs with ease. Thanks to the 11-51t cassette, you can conquer even steep mountains with confidence.

Frame details

With the development of the well-known F.O.L.D. kinematics, you can now let it rip even harder with your JAM. Focus has retained the popular sensitivity of the F.O.L.D., but has changed the positioning of the kinematics in the frame to offer better resistance to punctures. The characteristic curve is completely progressive and ensures a super stable chassis on rough terrain. The agile handling blends perfectly with the suspension's safety reserves, giving you the confidence you need on demanding trails. You sit perfectly in the centre of the bike so that you are always in control of every situation and can easily climb steep climbs on your ride. With the FLIP CHIP on your linkage, you can adjust your geometry for an even more aggressive riding style. The small adjustment of the steering angle from 65.5° to 65° changes your set-up for even more downhill potency. The specially developed C.I.S. design ensures a tidy look on the cockpit and guarantees flawless shifting and braking at all times. All cables run from the handlebars into the stem and through the headset into the frame.
