The back protector is removable if necessary and can be replaced after damage from a fall in EVOC's Free Protector Crash Replacement program. In addition to its special protective function, the Trail Pro 16 offers other features: Among other things, this backpack has a practical compartment for your hydration bladder and a matching opening for the drinking tube on the top of the backpack. On the left and right of the hip belt can find small accessories such as a multitool or even the front door key place. On the back of the backpack is a tool pocket and an attachment for the helmet bag. Despite its protector, this backpack weighs only 1000g (S/M) or 1100g (L/XL) depending on the size, making it one of the lightest backpacks on the market. Liteshield Plus Back Protector

This new, extremely lightweight, flexible and temperature insensitive back protector has outstanding impact protection properties. The two-component sandwich construction consists of a combination of expanded polypropylene and a TPU backing layer. The expanded polypropylene beads are shaped under high pressure and with the help of water vapor and simultaneously bonded to the backing layer, without the use of adhesives or other solvents. The highly compressed EPP foam provides the best possible protection for the thoracic and lumbar spine, including the coccyx. The side of the protector facing the back is constructed in cross-/ or plus-shaped elements (SEGMENTED PLUS DESIGN). This ensures optimal air circulation on the back due to the resulting all-round ventilation channels. At the same time, the segmentation offers flexibility in all directions: the plus-shaped protector elements of the back plate are movable in relation to each other.

Thus, they adapt perfectly to every movement and guarantee even more protection and maximum wearing comfort due to their proximity to the spine. The flexible, tear-resistant TPU support layer on the front keeps the protector in shape. The horizontally running, stepped flex lines determine how the new LITESHIELD PLUS BACK PROTECTOR bends, so that it fits perfectly on the back in any situation. The protector material used, EPP, has a closed-pored surface so that neither moisture nor dirt can penetrate the protector.

With a residual force value of less than 9 kN, the EVOC LITESHIELD BACK PROTECTOR achieves a damping effect that is almost twice as high as required. This means approx. 95% of the impact energy is absorbed

EVOC offers a FREE PROTECTOR CRASH REPLACEMENT for all EVOC back protectors as a special customer service. Similar to helmets, our back protectors protect vital areas of the body as part of personal protective equipment. After a serious fall, precautionary replacement of the protector is highly recommended.

Airo Flex refers to an extremely strong fabric that is as permeable to air as it is flexible. It is used in EVOC's highest quality hip belts and ensures optimal load transfer to the hips while providing maximum ventilation - for maximum comfort.

Body Hugging

The main features of EVOC's "Body Hugging" fit are positioning the pack as close to the body as possible, and distributing the weight over a large area on the hips. Thanks to the optimized connection between the shoulder straps and the wide hip fins that "grow" out of the back panel, the ruc
