Liteshield Back Protector

The Evoc Liteshield Back Protector combines maximum impact protection with a feather-light, very effective design and a lot of flexibility. At the same time it is absolutely temperature resistant. Like most sports helmet manufacturers, Evoc works with an EPS construction, but with a segmented layered construction that is adapted to the special requirements of back protection. In addition to its outstanding damping properties, fall damage can be detected immediately and the protector can be replaced individually.

LITESHIELD SYSTEM AIR

This system combines the essential back proximity for a back protector with maximum back ventilation. The back area is close fitting and features a large, central ventilation channel as well as two rows of “ventilation grids”: air mesh-covered EVA foam strips with ventilation holes and a special gabled groove reduce the contact surface on the back, which improves air circulation. The extra-wide, ergonomically shaped hip belt is made from the AIRO FLEX material. In this way, the main load – even in the case of a fully loaded backpack – is transferred to the hips, where it is fixed, while optimum breathability is ensured.

AIRO FLEX

AIRO FLEX is an extremely sturdy material that is both permeable and flexible. Evoc uses it for their top-quality hip belts to ensure optimum load transfer to the hips, with simultaneous maximum ventilation – for utmost carrying comfort.

3D Air Mesh

This three-dimensionally structured fabric with different thread strengths (P75D*30D) offers optimal ventilation and padding properties for back parts and shoulder straps.

Air Mesh

Air Mesh has pore-like penetrations that allow optimal air circulation. However, the fine structure prevents the absorption of moisture. This characteristic makes it the perfect upper material for the back parts of our backpacks.

Airo Flex

This nylon fabric (herringbone band) features excellent flexibility and a high degree of material stability while offering great air permeability. Thanks to this combination it's the perfect material for use in the high-quality hip belts.

EVA Tarpaulin Mesh PVC free

Particularly puncture and tear-resistant, waterproof material, which is also transparent. Ideally suited for compartments in rucksacks and bags that are subject to heavy use and need to be particularly clear, such as the small parts compartment for tools.

N210 D Ripstop PU Coated

The requirements for the perfect outer material for backpacks can be summarized in four properties: durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent and light. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A quadruple PU coating of the lightweight nylon base material provides moisture protection and abrasion resistance. A micro fabric of fibres divides the base material into square segments to prevent the expansion of cracks - hence the name Ripstop.

P600 D PU Coated

A very robust fabric for areas subject to high wear and tear. In addition, it is tear-resistant and light and absorbs almost no moisture. The combination of these properties makes it the ideal material for highly stressed bags or the bottoms of bags and backpacks.
