CUBE Town RT Hybrid EXC 500
There's a lot to be said for keeping things simple. That's why, with the Town RT Hybrid EXC, CUBE stuck with a formula that works well for safe, easy braking - a coaster brake, plus a pair of powerful Magura hydraulic rim brakes. The Bosch drive unit and Shimano 8-speed Nexus hub gear work together to help whisk you to your destination. A comfortable RockShox air suspension fork, grippy Schwalbe tyres and suspension seatpost tame even rough city streets. And the handy Integrated Carrier, mudguards, chainguard, lighting set and kickstand are all there to make your life easier, whatever the occasion or journey.
Frame
Sure, it looks elegantly simple - but the Town Hybrid's frame is a tour de force of engineering excellence. The Easy Entry frame has been carefully designed to cope with the power of Bosch's drive unit, whilst offering a comfortable ride position and the reassurance of having passed all our in-house safety tests. The battery unit is tucked safely out of the way, and the Integrated Carrier is a neat and stable solution to carrying your world with you across town. CUBE even routed cables internally, to match the frame's sleek looks and help minimise the need for maintenance.
