An easily adjustable RockShox Recon Silver Air suspension fork with 120mm travel (100mm on the smallest frame sizes and Easy Entry frame options), for more comfort and control. And Shimano's wide-ranging, super-reliable XT 1x12 gears, to help make even the most challenging route easier. We sweated the detail, so you can just enjoy the ride.

Bosch update July 2025: Are you ready for more power?

From July 2025, you can increase the torque of the Gen 5 Bosch motors (BDU38) to up to 100 Nm using the Flow app. Your advantage: noticeably more thrust and up to 400% motor support. You can use the eBike Flow app to customise the riding modes and adapt the performance precisely to your riding style.

The Reaction Hybrid Allroad is full of neat touches, and we're not just talking about the included mudguards, carrier, lighting set and kickstand. With the 800Wh PowerTube battery neatly concealed and the 85Nm Bosch CX drive housed securely, its svelte lines disguise lots of clever features. It's PowerMore ready, making it easy to add up to 250 Wh of extra battery capacity. The integrated seat clamp and cable routing complement the clean aesthetic, whilst a UDH gear hanger makes it as future-proof as possible. There's a built-in chainguide mount too and, with Size Split, it's easy to find the perfect fit for every rider. We've thought of everything, so you can just ride.
