You could easily do without heavy traffic in the city, of course. But often you can't. So it's a good thing that the Editor exists, because it gets you through the city quickly and effortlessly. Its practically zero-maintenance Shimano 11-speed hub gears work smoothly with the super-robust CDX Gates toothed belt - so you always reach your destination with a smile on your face. Light, durable 700C Schwalbe G-One Allround tyres roll along quickly and the hydraulic Shimano Deore disc brakes slow the bike down safely and directly, even in rainy weather. Razor-sharp handling and an elegant look give this model the finishing touch.

Frame details

When developing the Editor, CUBE took its inspiration from its mountain bike hardtails. Double-butted aluminium tubesets and fast 700C tyres ensure plenty of forward momentum and a high level of riding comfort, while seamlessly integrated mounting points allow individual retrofitting with luggage racks and mudguards. The low-maintenance toothed belt can be tensioned via the eccentric bottom bracket. The frame opening for mounting the belt is unobtrusively located above the dropout. Finally, the slim, stiff fork completes the frame, its speciality: crisp, precise steering behaviour combined with low weight and a discreet look.
