With Company Bike, you can get a bike through your employer and enjoy affordable, smart mobility—and not just on your commute: Of course, you can also use your bike for personal use!
You can conveniently pay for the bike of your choice through your monthly paycheck via a payroll deduction, saving you a lot of money—including tax benefits. Thanks to a new tax regulation, the company car benefit—the 0.25% rule—now applies in a similar way to bicycles and e-bikes.
Please note:
- Leasing with Company Bike is available for in-person pickup at our RABE BIKE stores in Munich, Wörth, Rosenheim, Ainring, and Windischeschenbach.
- Generate a PIN code via your Company Bike portal and select your preferred RABE BIKE location.
- The minimum price for a bike is €489—bike leasing with Company Bike is not available for bikes priced below this amount.

Order your Company Bike online – here’s how:
- Prerequisite: Your employer offers the Company Bike program.
If not: Just check with your HR department. Bike leasing benefits not only you, but your employer as well!
Generate a PIN code through your Company Bike portal in conjunction with your preferred RABE BIKE location.
- Select:
Simply choose your dream bike from our entire selection (starting at a retail price of €489).
- Submit a Company Bike Request:
Add your desired bike, including accessories, to the shopping cart, click “Submit Leasing Request,” and fill out all required fields. Our leasing team will create your personalized leasing offer in your leasing portal.
We’ll reserve your desired bike for up to 7 days.
- Sign:
Sign the lease agreement with your employer.
- Start Cycling:
As soon as your Company Bike lease is confirmed, we’ll arrange a pickup with you. Then you can start cycling right away—avoiding traffic jams, saving money, being eco-friendly, and staying healthy.
