Because this high-quality all-rounder combines the two worlds perfectly. Proof enough of this is that the Cervélo Pro Team also races for victories in the big races on the Soloist. Its riding characteristics simply meet the exact requirements of a racer who has to be prepared for all situations on the daily stages of a tour. Outstanding feature of the Soloist is its aerodynamically optimized carbon frame and matching the new Aerolight seatpost in the teardrop-shaped profile. Thanks to these two factors alone, riders can save up to 16 watts of power. For even more versatility, Cervélo combines an agile geometry with ample tire clearance on the Soloist frame. A maximum width of 34 millimeters is possible - which is almost in the range of gravel bikes. In this equipment variant, the Soloist comes with the electric Rival eTap AXS drivetrain from US specialist Sram. The modern technology is made to change 2 x 12 gears with unprecedented precision. Sram components also include the hydraulic Rival disc brakes.

For this, Cervélo has developed its own system, in which the cables run under the stem and are guided into the frame at the headset. This makes servicing easier than with other solutions. For example, adjusting the height of the cockpit and even replacing the stem. The frame has integrated guides for electronic and mechanical circuits.
