Shimano CUES 1x11 – simple with plenty of range

The mechanical Shimano CUES 1x11 drivetrain keeps things deliberately simple and robust. A 40-tooth chainring is paired with a wide-range 11–50 cassette, providing suitable gearing for everything from fast sections to challenging climbs – all without the added complexity of a front derailleur. Shimano CUES U6030 hydraulic disc brakes with a 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotor provide powerful and controlled braking when the trail points downhill or conditions get more demanding.

45 mm gravel tires with room to go bigger

The Topstone comes equipped with 45 mm WTB Vulpine TCS Light tires, giving it plenty of capability across changing surfaces straight out of the box. They combine efficient rolling with the grip, comfort and confidence needed on gravel. Both the tires and wheels are also tubeless ready. The frame offers maximum clearance for tires with a measured width of up to 52 mm while maintaining 4 mm of space on each side. That leaves plenty of room to create an even more capable setup with additional traction, cushioning and control on rough terrain.
