The freedom to just turn off when the traffic gets too much for you. The Cannondale Topstone 2 is also perfect for multi-day bikepacking trips, with numerous attachment points for accessories. The seat position is sporty and comfortable, so you can ride longer rides without fatigue. 37 millimetre wide, lightly profiled tyres provide grip in light terrain and effectively dampen vibrations. The frame is designed according to the sloping principle: The top tube sloping to the rear provides legroom and a flexing seat post, which also contributes to the excellent riding comfort. The Topstone 2 has the following upgrades compared to the Topstone 3: The robust Shimano GRX components were developed especially for Gravelbikes. The 2 x 10 drive and hydraulic disc brakes work reliably even under the most adverse conditions.

Frame construction with a long Cannondale tradition

Cannondale was already one of the first bicycle manufacturers in the nineties to produce frames made of aluminum tubes. So you benefit not only from a long tradition, but above all from the know-how that has been built up over the years. The wall thickness of the tubes changes fluently depending on where stiffness or flexibility is required on the frame. Cannondale is still one of the leading manufacturers of aluminum frames with countless innovations. The frame of the Topstone 2 is superbly crafted down to the last detail and offers numerous well thought out features: The special Cannondale OutFront steering geometry provides agile and razor-sharp steering response. Internal cable guides protect against dirt and underline the clean design. The lower frame triangle has three bottle cage positions, one of which is even variable to make room for a frame bag. Additional accessories can be attached to the threaded eyelets on the top tube. Commuters will be happy about threaded eyelets for fenders.
