With advancements in our carbon layup, Cannondale's engineers have made the new Synapse 20% more compliant than its already butter-smooth predecessor, ensuring you feel 100% more comfortable even on the roughest roads. A great fit and feel makes for a great ride. And with our Proportional Response Construction, every rider gets that as standard. From the carbon layup through to the geometry, everything on Synapse has been tuned and tested by frame size. So that your bike works in harmony with you to deliver the best possible ride. Talking about comfort, what makes a difference is the size of tires you can fit on the Synapse. Synapse models are compatible with a maximum measured tire width up to 42mm for the frame and 48mm for the fork provided that at least 4mm of clearance exists between the tire and the frame,fork +and fender. The all-new StashPort downtube storage system is there when you need it and out of sight when you don’t. Designed to work seamlessly with its StashBag companion, it keeps your ride essentials secure no matter where the road takes you. Plus, with hidden top tube bag mounts, discreet fender mounts, and room for high-volume, capable tires, the new Synapse is built to go long and go hard, no matter what the day brings.

Improved visibility, better perception of the traffic situation and optimised integration thanks to our next-generation SmartSense system. All functions are powered by a single battery. The intelligent lights adjust their brightness to make other road users more aware of you. In addition, the rear Garmin radar informs you of vehicles approaching from behind. So you can ride at any time of day or night on a bike that is up to the task.
