The new Cannondale Moterra LT comes as a trail bike with outstanding enduro qualities. Its 170 mm RockShox chassis smoothes out even the nastiest slopes. And uphill, a Bosch Performance CX motor pushes mightily. 750 watt hours of battery life mean the day never ends.

The Moterra has always poached with its riding characteristics in the application range of an enduro. But for the really blocked trails, the chassis lacked ultimately but swallowing capacity. Exactly these crucial centimeters more Cannondale has now given the new Moterra LT (Long Travel). A full 170 millimeters of travel are available on the RockShox Zeb Select fork, 165 mm are available on the rear triangle. In addition, a RockShox Deluxe Select+ rear shock with steel spring works, which feels like much more with its linear characteristic curve. Another difference to the normal Moterra is the mixed wheelset with 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel. This trick lets the chassis roll over obstacles even easier. The fact that the Moterra LT is also still a good all-rounder is thanks to the powerful Bosch Performance CX drive with 750 watt-hour battery, which easily makes up for the extra weight of the chassis. Now you can heat down your favorite trail even more often. Even if the route is hidden far away in the high mountains. You will experience it yourself: The Moterra LT rides in a league of its own.
The US manufacturer Cannondale has made a name for itself over decades with its own technologies in the mountain bike scene. The latest innovation from the labs is the Proportional-Response Design. Geometry and kinematics are individually adapted for each frame size, so that each driver / in the best possible way sits on the bike and comes to enjoy the optimal driving characteristics. In the Carbon 2 LT version, the carbon frame is equipped with Shimano XT/SLX 12-speed gears, bite-friendly Magura MT5 disc brakes and a Cannondale DownLow Dropper telescopic seatpost. Also available from the factory are WTB wheels with grippy Maxxis tires, prepared for tubeless operation. Even World Cup riders swear by this combination.
