The CAAD easily accommodates tyres up to 32 mm wide. Any rider who prefers comfortable road cycling to absolute top speed will appreciate this feature. Furthermore, the CAAD14 3 is equipped with powerful Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes and 2x12 Shimano 105 gears. The CAAD14 offers exactly that riding experience, the perfect blend of responsive and lively. Frame details

The Cannondale CAAD14 demonstrates how powerful modern aluminum frames can be. Made from SmartForm C1 Premium Aluminum, the frame combines low weight with high stiffness and efficient power transfer. Large tube diameters in the bottom bracket and head tube areas ensure direct acceleration and precise handling. Smoothed welds and clearly defined tube shapes underline the high-quality workmanship and the reduced, functional look. The sporty race geometry allows for an efficient seating position for fast training rides and ambitious outings. In addition, the frame is equipped with a UDH mount (Universal Derailleur Hanger), which increases compatibility with modern rear derailleurs and simplifies the replacement of the derailleur hanger.
