With BusinessBike, you can get a bike through your employer and enjoy cost-effective and smart mobility—and not just on your commute: Of course, you can also use your bike for personal use!

You can conveniently pay for the bike of your choice through your monthly paycheck via a payroll deduction, saving you a lot of money—including tax benefits. Thanks to a new tax regulation, the company car benefit—the 0.25% rule—now applies in a similar way to bicycles and e-bikes as well.

Company bike leasing through BusinessBike is available online with shipping or in-person pickup at our RABE Bike Shops in Munich, Wörth, Rosenheim, Ainring, and Windischeschenbach.

The minimum price for a bike is €499—bike leasing with BusinessBike isn’t available for bikes priced below that amount.

Order your Business Bike online—here’s how it works:

Prerequisite: You’re either self-employed or your employer already offers BusinessBike.

If not: Just check with your HR department. Bike leasing benefits not only you, but your employer as well! (Of course, you can also complete the process in person at our stores.)

• Select:

Simply choose your dream bike from our entire selection (with a retail price of €499 or higher). You should already own a lock with a minimum RRP of €49 that’s no more than 2 years old (with a receipt); otherwise, you’ll need to include one in your offer.

• Submit a Business Bike Request:

Add your desired bike, including accessories, to the shopping cart, click “Submit Leasing Request,” and fill out all required fields. Then select your preferred delivery method: shipping or in-store pickup. Our leasing team will create your personalized leasing offer in your leasing portal.

We’ll reserve the bike you want for up to 7 days.

• Sign the Agreement:

Sign the lease agreement with your employer. Using the information from the quote form, you can anonymously calculate your personal monthly lease payment and your savings.

• Start Riding:

As soon as your BusinessBike lease is confirmed, we’ll ship your new bike to you or arrange for pickup (depending on the delivery method you selected). Once you receive the bike via shipping, please send us your PIN so the lease can begin. Then you can start riding right away—avoiding traffic jams, saving money, being eco-friendly, and staying healthy.

The best part: Instead of paying upfront, the monthly lease payment is deducted directly from your paycheck through a program called “salary conversion.” With the BusinessBike Benefit Calculator, you can calculate your benefits in advance.
