Bosch GPS retrofit kit ConnectModule for BDU38YY (BCM3100)

The ConnectModule is the hardware component required to be able to use the eBike Alarm service and thus significantly improve theft protection for eBikes with the smart system from Bosch. It is equipped with motion sensors, a radio and GPS module and its own battery. This ensures that the eBike alarm continues to function even if the eBike's main battery has been removed. The ConnectModule mounted under the motor cover uses its sensors to recognise movements of the eBike and initially triggers a local alarm. In a second stage, the current position of the eBike is determined via the GPS module, transmitted via mobile radio (LTE and NB-IoT) and displayed in the eBike Flow app.

The ConnectModule is installed invisibly on the eBike and equips it with GPS, a SIM card and motion sensors.

• The eBiker remains connected to the eBike via the eBike Flow app and can use the premium services of the Flow+ subscription.
• eBike Alarm, for example, offers smart theft protection for worry-free parking, including location tracking and a two-stage alarm.
• A paid Flow+ subscription is required for the ConnectModule to work. The Flow+ subscription is free for the first 12 months.
