For more than 10 years we have been constantly developing the basic idea of foldable steel rods. The result was the Abus Bordo series. The new model of the series is called Bordo Alarm 6000A and is available in black and white. The special function of the 6000A is the alarm function. This is noticeable acoustically with at least 100db. Prerequisite is of course the attempt to steal the bicycle. This makes an extremely secure lock even more secure! The Abus Bordo Alarm 6000A offers an excellent protection when there is a high risk of theft. Recommended for securing good bicycles. With a length of 90cm, it is flexible for securing the bicycle.

Hardfacts:

• 5 mm bars with extra-soft two-component casing to prevent damage to paintwork
• The bars and body are made of specially hardened steel
• Alarm at a volume of at least 100 dB for 20 seconds, followed by automatic reactivation
• 3D Position Detection – detects vibrations and the smallest of movements in all three dimensions and triggers an alarm
• Smart alarm – the lock only emits a small warning beep in the event of minor and brief vibrations, e.g. if a football bounces nearby
• Acoustic signals provide information on battery level and activity status
• Bars are linked with special rivets
• ABUS Plus cylinder for maximum protection against attempted manipulation, e.g. picking
