Best Price in Europe – you set the price!

We guarantee you the best price for all bicycles we offer. Should you find the bike of your dreams at a better price in any online shop or local store in Europe, we will offer you the same price – even within 10 days after purchase of the products. Please note that the Best Price Guarantee only applies to the direct purchase of bicycles. Leasing is excluded from this.

I. Terms & conditions

The following conditions apply to make use of our Best Price Guarantee:

1. The competitor’s offer must refer to a website operating within the EU according to the respective provider identification (imprint) or to a shop located within the EU.
2. The competitor’s offer must be current.
3. The competitor’s item must be available.
4. The competitor’s price must include all additional costs, for example, shipping charges.
5. The competitor’s offer must come from a commercial provider.
6. Manufacturer, type and model of the competitor’s offer must match our offer. This includes e.g. the color, frame size, components etc.
7. The competitor’s product must be new and in original packaging.
8. It must not be a fake offer (e.g. typing errors in the price).
9. The Best price offers and guarantees can not be combined with other discount schemes.
10. The Best Price offers are only valid for personal use.

II. Requirements

If you find a cheaper offer with another supplier, simply fill out our best price form or send us appropriate proof of the price (e.g. a photo and link) and an exact list of the desired articles by e-mail to shop@rabe-bike.de.

You will receive an offer from us by e-mail as soon as possible. Once you accept the offer, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Only when you have received this order confirmation are the goods reserved for you.
